Believe it or not - please note that it is not April 1st. An extensive investigation by a team of CriticalDance investigators - OK, one phone call by me - suggests that this is legit:

My slight worry Joanne was that the ad, rather than the programme, might be a cyber-hoax. But having exchanged e-mails with the organisers, it is clear that it is entirely legit.

I know in the past they have turned a ballet dancer into a nightclub bouncer and a soldier into a drag queen!
