Yes, it's true, thanks to some superb athletes and great teamwork for the Red Sox. The 8-win streak was absolutely unprecedented!

The first thing I did after rehearsal today was go get me a Red Sox World Series Champ shirt. I really thought it would NEVER happen. Everyone in this town is a Sox fan today.

From a news item I saw I believe this refers to baseball. That's a game like our rounders, right?

My congratulations to all long-suffering Red Sox fans, but I just don't understand how everyone in Boston can be so happy. Isn't this win considered a sign that the apocolypse is upon us? :D
