For a few hours today, Tuesday, 30th Oct it was not possible for us folks in Europe to post on criticaldance. So if others had the same problem it wasn't the fault of you or your kit.
It seems to have passed now and fingers crossed that it doesn't recur.

Stuart, after I got your email, I tried to post from Florida, USA, with no success, so I suspect that the problem was system-wide. Fortunately for those of us on this side, it was the middle of the night (don't ask, OK?), so there was little traffic to be affected.

I had sporadic difficulty yesterday and even a bit this morning. When I have a problem getting into the site, I go by a couple of different routes and often that will work.
I keep a number of threads bookmarked (which I use often in the Studio/Students' Questions) and when I can't get into the Forum directly, I enter through one of those threads. Sometimes it also works to enter through the front page.
Yes, I know it's not logical - but being a non-technological type, logic is not that important to me. Whatever works.

The problem wasn't with reaching the site, Basheva; new posts were not being accepted.
