And, Salzberg, what are the particulars of this opportunity? Location? Time? Give us all the details! Perhaps others would like to see your work also...
[This message has been edited by BabsLights (edited October 11, 2001).]

Marc Parent's lighting for the Haman/Navas Project has seemed to get a lot of mention in the reviews, maybe it's because the piece itself is so spare so when it's crunch time with the word count, reviewers feel they can mention it without taking away from the description of the piece overall. Also, I guess there's enough merit in Parent's lighting to warrant all the attention he frequently gets.

I've mentioned it before, Babs. Peter Boal is appearing with Dance as Ever tonight through Sunday at the ArcLight Theatre, in Manhattan on W 71st, between Columbus and Broadway.

Which reminds me, Babs, I've been meaning to speak with you about your recent demand to have your contract negotiated.
In a word: "no".

Stage Mangler: dancers (only about logistical and safety concerns), choreographers, artistic directors
Salzburg: I am particularly interested in meeting your Stage Mangler. I believe he would have been immensely helpful to me in keeping dancers and SIHO's in line.

I worked under a production manager who was particularly good at controlling the riff-raff. I think he had worked as a bouncer at some point.
Maybe we all need bouncers. It would make life easier to have a threatening physical presence around with which to get my way. I certainly could never intimidate anyone that way. I usually have to yell...

I just finished another project. It was a dream, everything went great. Maybe I'll do wedding dresses only from now on.

Nope! I've gotten myself into enough hot water here(and some people just don't understand forgive and forget.) Taking a sabbatical and going back to the relative safety of lurking.
D
