The Boston Globe Sunday magazine has a long and interesting article by Charles P. Pierce on the renovation of the Boston Opera House. This is funded by Clear Channel (who can't be all bad). The Opera House is the future site for Boston Ballet's Nutcracker. The article discusses Boston theater history as well as the renovation. Here's the link:
