Has anyone here had experience building a dance floor?

What were some issues you faced?

How did you go about doing it?

What products did you use?

What was the best floor you ever danced on?

We build and hire portable sprung dance floors, see www.floatingfloor.co.uk for more information.

One of my teachers used to take classes in an army barracks hall or something like that, but when they were making the floor, they put old rubber tires underneath it, so that during the ballet classes the girls were springing like anything!

It helped reduce injuries, too!
