In the San Francisco Chronicle, Mary Ellen Hunt reviews the Thursday, May 2, 2013 performance at San Francisco's Z Space: Carl Flink's "A Modest Proposal," David Van Ligon's "Natoma," Dennis Nahat's "Ontogeny" and Charles Anderson's "For Your Eyes Only" and "Bolero." The proram will be repeated at the Lesher Center in Walnut Creek on Thursday, May 12, 2013.

Company C Contemporary Ballet announces that it will shift from a company with seasonal repertory performances and dancers on contract to a "project based" company. The executive director, Elizabeth Reed, has announced her retirement and the dancers' contracts will not be renewed past May 2014. Broadway World reports.
