No such announcement has been made by either the Berlin Opera Ballet (where Malakhov is artistic director) or the Mikhailovsky (where Duato is artistic director).

Let's be precise with the names.
Vladimir MALAKHOV is a dancer and the Artistic Director of Staatsballett in Berlin.
People don't usually like to see their names distorted.

A gentle reminder to treat people with respect. We all make mistakes, and particularly with Russian names, there are many ways that a name may be 'romanized'/spelled in english. In addition Berlin Opera Ballet is a perfectly acceptable way to refer to the company in English. Attacks on posters for mis-spellings will not be tolerated - please e-mail them privately or politely mention the proper spelling.

Also, please provide some explanation if you post a link. In this case, the link confirms that Malakhov will not be continuing as director Staatsballett Berlin, but does not mention any successor.
