Ballet San Jose closes the 2012-13 season with a mixed bill entitled "R/Evolutionary," April 19-21, 2013. The program will include Jessica Lang's "Eighty One," Merce Cunningham's "Duets," Jorma Elo's "Glow-Stop" and Karen Gabay's "Amour Gitan." A special performance at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 21 will be a farewell tribute to principal dancer Karen Gabay, who is retiring from performing with the company. Heather Zimmerman previews the performances for the San Jose Mercury News.
