BalletMet Columbus' artistic director, Gerard Charles, will become the Joffrey Ballet's new ballet master, effective July 2012, according to a report from Broadway World.

The Chicago Philharmonic will replace the Chicago Sinfonietta as the official orchestra of the Joffrey Ballet for the 2012-13 season. Dorothy Andries reports for the Wilmette Sun-Times.
