Hello!

I was hoping someone might be able to provide some information about this school. I have searched for so long and been unsuccessful in finding neither a website nor any contact information.

I would like to know if the academy accepts foreign students (generally, I know that they do), and how I can go about auditioning for the school.

If anyone could provide any contact info -- an email, a phone number, a person -- I would be so grateful!

You might try this link, there's one phone number listed. That won't get you to the academy but it will get you to someone who can further direct you. I am guessing you'll have to speak Russian to learn more:
