Louisville Ballet's 2010 "Nutcracker" has been marred by money problems at the Louisville Orchestra. Musicians' pay was halted as of December 15 and management has filed for bankruptcy. In the meantime, a few noisy audience members have been clamoring for refunds on tickets purchased for "Nutcracker" performances after December 15. Elizabeth Kramer reports in the Louisville Courier-Journal.
