Actually, I did see NK partner EL for her Grade 12 year's Spring Showcase. I believe it was Swan Lake. She also did a contemporary piece, but I can't remember what that was. MS cast NK because the original partner had been injured. guess there wasn't another male student who could do the job?

Anyway, at the time NK was a second soloist. He was promoted soon after to first soloist. I remember not being overly wowed at the time, perhaps I just expect too much.

I just don't think I've ever seen him give a "wow" performance like Cote, Reilly, or Antonijevic. Perhaps I've just seen him on bad days!
