Oh dear! This sort of dispute is always a shame, but particularly when it is a company that has done so much to popularise dance. I remember taking a non-dance fan to see Pilobolus and she said that it was the best theatre experience of her life.

The message for all choreographers is clear: make sure that your rights or otherwise to your work are clearly established.
