Hi guys, hope everyone is well.
As I've previously posted, I have shin splints which I'm regularly seeing a physiotherapist for and taking all precautions...strapping before class, icing, stretches, exercises etc, which all seemed to have reduced the pain to the point where I have my 'good' days & my 'bad' which is ten times better than the 'everyday' pain..heehee

(I wonder if anyone else understands?)
Anyways...at dance college, I'm currently rehearsing for a jazz & tap show (i know taps not the greatest thing for bad shins but i love it

) along side a musical theatre production, 'Grease' so I'm spending a lot of time in my dance sneakers, taps etc.
Just wondering if anyone could offer any advice on what sneakers, jazz shoes and tap shoes would be the most beneficial to me and my poor legs? (There are just so many out there it's really hard to make a decision)
Would should I look for...?
Don't get my intentions wrong, I know that the shoes I'm wearing will not make my shins better but I'm just trying to find solutions that will be a bit easier and more beneficial to them.
I know everyone's different so what works for others won't necessarily work for me but just some guidance and information would be brilliant !
Sorry this post is a litte long...
Thanks
