Hi Kevin, it's Terry. <P>I've seen this dancer dance in a gala in Japan and to be VERRRY honest, it surprises me that she's been a guest artist with the Bolshoi. I haven't seen her in a full-length performance (I just saw her in some excerpts from "Manon" and "Sleeping Beauty")so perhaps I don't have the right to criticize her completely, but her quality of dancing really really needs polish. We have lots of dancers in Japan who get attention just because they are very active outside of their countries. But Rika Ishii doesn't have a reputation close to that of Yoshida, Kumakawa, Hattori, Sakuma, etc.
