The Royal Ballet unveils an Ashton triple bill, featuring 'Marguerite and Armand'. This is an exciting event as this is the first time that anyone other than Fonteyn and Nureyev has danced the role. It has been controversial to do this, but Guillem and her first partner Nicholas Le Riche (from Paris Opera Ballet) have come up trumps and the critics are delighted.
