My good friend and the criticaldance Far East correspondent, Kevin Ng, has an interview with David Bintley in the Hong Kong Standard. Here is the URL - it will probably be around only for a day or so.
http://online.hkstandard.com/today/default.asp?PageType=aen1

[This message has been edited by Stuart Sweeney (edited 03-08-2000).]

Stuart, thanks a lot for pointing this out. My interview should be archived after tomorrow, and will be available under a new link, which I'll put down here. A notable debut for Bintley's Edward II will be on Saturday when the 23-year-old Robert Parker (who created the role of Bintley's Arthur in Jan.) makes his debut in the title role.
Stuart, did you like "Edward II" when you saw it in London last year? I don't remember you having seen the new Arthur.

Thanks, Grace and Azlan. I am very glad to have covered a lot of ground with Bintley during the alloted time of one hour for that interview. Bintley replied to all my questions in a very composed manner, even the more difficult questions. The Bill Cooper photo was provided by Bruce.
