Although the Bolshoi's production of Swan Lake is not without merit, it is different from traditional versions and doesn't have too many fans so I would hesitate to recommend it.
If you can only get to one performance, I think Daughter of the Pharaoh has to be the best choice as this is a complete first in the UK. The sets and costumes are terrific and Pierre Lacotte has produced a fair pastiche of 19th century choreography. When the ballet was shown in Paris earlier this year, it proved very popular indeed and Criticaldances’s Katherine Kanter provided the following in-depth and very enthusiastic review.
