Much has been written, both here and elsewhere, about the Disability Discrimination Act. From what I’ve read, the general reaction has been similar to that which greets a lot of legislation - a collective sharp intake of breath, resignation, “yet more expense when we have enough outgoings already” and so on.

But last week I was given a different perspective on the DDA from an unexpected source. A client set me what I thought was an impossible challenge - make induction loops sound interesting.
