Light Palette 90

Anyone out there with an LP 90?

I have a brand spanking new show ready for tour, programmed on this puppy, and the venue decided to come clean eventually that they have never been able to actually print out the cues. ANd to prove to me that it was impossible, threw up every road block imaginable to prevent me from solving it.
