Nowadays, we all want value for money and we want it now. So when we join one of the support organisations in the industry we expect a return on our investment straight away - we are giving them our cash and want to see something tangible for it.

Fair enough, in my view, with regard to the unions, which for a long time have demanded loyalty and quite a lot of money from our meagre wages, without much to point to at the end of the year in terms of what it was for.
