So when you’re a farmer in the Scottish Highlands with the perfect outdoor festival site, you have to ensure that the fickle Scottish weather can’t play havoc with your plans. This has been the challenge facing Joe Gibbs, landowner of the Belladrum Estate near Inverness, for the past couple of years.
