A really nice article about Diana Turner Hauser, an ex-RB, ex-ABT dancer, running a school and fostering increased awareness of the Arts in Oradell, North Jersey. Stuart--I enjoyed the "heads up" about the school in North Jersey. Small world--I grew up near there. My first ballet teacher was Irine Fokine who ran (and still runs) a school in Ridgewood, NJ. Interestingly, she is a niece, I believe, of the famous ballet choregrapher Michel Fokine,(who did the original "Dying Swan", "Scheherezade" "Petrouchka" and others.)

Another article about a remarkable dance teacher, Doris Jones who lead the way in teaching dancers of colour.
