Grace - this is quite common here for dancers to do work around the studio in exchange for classes.<P>Some studios take it to an extreme, however. They use their teenagers to teach the children's classes, which I am not in favor of at all. We discussed this in another thread, I believe.

Dear Grace,<P>as I said in the other line, I traded playing the piano with some classes, though I played more piano than needed to trade so it worked well. There was also a grade 5 girl helping out with the young classes, but the teacher was taking the class, she was doing the kids-management, largely and gaining experience of teaching to an extent.<BR>The tradition needs passing on I guess?<P>Cheers Nigel<BR>
