PERFORMANCE PILATES is a fully equipped Pilates studio,
Matwork and Studio Classes are available at concessionary rates for dancers.

Teacher - Jo Ellison is an ex-dancer, fully accredited and a member of the Pilates Foundation UK. Jo is also a Pilates Teacher Trainer for a North London Pilates Studio.
