Hello,
Im having a problem with my pointe shoes and i'm not quite sure what it is.
This past week, my teacher noticed a bump where the front of my big toe is when I'm up on pointe.It looks almost like ''knuckling'' from front of the box,(i've tried looking it up online) but I cant seem to find out what I can do to fix the problem.
I've been on pointe for several years and have worn the same brand of pointe shoes: Chacott Veronese II.
I have very narrow size 7 1/2 feet and virtually no arch.

Hello... Have you ever had this trouble before with these particular shoes? Sometimes, you will just get a "lemon" shoe... it happens! They are handmade and there can be variety and an occasional problem shoe. If the shoe is forcing your foot to do something you don't wish it to do, retire the shoes and try a new pair...
