Post subject:  Best leotard to wear to an audition???

hi everyone
I am auditioning for the London Children's Ballet in a couple of weeks and wondered what the best kind of leotard to wear was.
I don't know whether to go for the 'classic' look (navy/black spaghetti strap leo) or a more individual look so I am easy to recognise. I wouldn't go wearing any warmups or a bright coloured leotard but I have a nice baby blue one which is a little different and also ones with cris cross backs and low backs
Thanks!!!!! :D

It's my opinion that you should go for a simple, classic style of leotard. Nothing too flashy with all kinds of criss-crossing straps, etc... I recommend a simple black leotard with sleeves to my students who wish to audition for summer intensives. It is elegant, classy, and easier for the judges/panel to "see" you. Good luck!
