Hi there. would love to hear of any/all of your wonderful fundraising ideas:

My studio is currently holding various fundraisers to help students to purchase either competition costuming or to help pay for their class uniforms. Fundraisers so far include: (Term 1)

50c Raffles

Crazy Sock Day (The little ones love wearing their craziest/zaniest socks to class and all for a gold coin donation)

MARS Confectionary Sales

Krispy Kremes Fundraising Drive

Jelly Bean Counting Competition

(er before you say anything.....my studio is actually a Junk Food Free Zone and Nutrition is discussed in each and every class right from the 3 year olds through to the Adult classes...I was just looking at the above list and thought 'oh my' all that food....I will blame my social club for the above ideas

Look forward to hearing about your idea's and experiences as always!
Love Spangles xx

it is true. Vegemite puts a rose in every cheek!
Thanks for your reply Salzberg (you happy little vegemite you). For further tidbits in regards to VEGEMITE please have a look at website: www.vegemite.com.au
PS. and to all the marmite eaters out there, perhaps we could use vegemite as a threat tactic in class!!

How about -

A danceathon - where your children get sponsored to dance for a session at a time. The event could be an all day thing where the children dance for set times throughout the day.

A character day - the children come dressed as their favourite character from their favourite ballet and pay a fee to do so.

You could ask local businesses (or parents with businesses! :) ) to advertise in your program for a fee.
