ahhh the necessary evil

just wondering if anyone out there in the danceworld has ever compiled a checklist for Teachers when planning a end of year show/concert/recital? If so, I would dearly love a copy. If not, would anyone be interested in compiling one that we could perhaps use/print from this forum?(That is what I love most about this forum is that everyone is willing to help each other. Any thoughts, comments,suggestions would be most welcomed.

I would also love to hear from all you wonderful and experienced teachers, how you go about organising the event!!
