How would you strengthn use of the feet. I am trying to put together a list of 20 exercises + to give to students to practice at home (this could be quite fun and a great brainstorming idea). I shall start of the list perhaps:
1. To strengthen the intrinsinc muslces of the feet, try picking up marbles with the toes and place them into a container.
2. Tendu's, degages, battement releves etc. any exercise that encourages the correct use of the feet (metatarsals etc).
3. Walking in sand.
4. Use of therebands
