Aracaladanza are from Spain and specialise in dance for young children, although from what a friend who recently saw "Nada Nada" told me, it's pretty good for us older folks too!
"Nada Nada" is for children over 4 and is a mix of dance, puppetry and music set in by and under the sea. Characters include mermaids, jellyfish, clams, really colourful divers and even fish that go for walks. Well, why not? My friend, who let's just say is a lot older than 4, thought it was great too.
The company's website,
http://www.aracaladanza.com/ seems to be all in Spanish (the English tab doesn't work). But just click on 'media' and select "Nada Nada" for some great pics.
"Tac Tac" is for those even younger and brings the excitemet of their daily conquests to life through rhythm, music and movement.
Performances at the Patrick Centre, 10-12 May. See
http://www.idfb.co.uk for details.
