There have been some articles in our local paper recently about dancers preparing/participating in an international competition in Germany. Some of the local dancers apparently did tap only; others participated in a category called 'show dancing". The latter sounds like jazz. National teams (in this case, Canadian) were formed in the various disciplines through auditions. I believe that a very wide age range of dancers attended (including one adult group of tappers).<P>Do any of you know about this kind of competition? I am just curious as I had never heard of it before!
