I've seen Michael Moschen perform several times and knew him personally...my ex-boyfriend was his lighting designer. Mr. Moschen is truly the "dean' the 'king" of jugglers. In fact , to call him a mere juggler would be a diservice!! I think of him more as a dancer with props....he practices many hours per day and is always looking for ways to innovate and advance his genre. He has won a MacArthur grant, I believe, (nicknamed the "genius' award). Plus, he is the most modest, self-effacing sweet person around!!
