L’Allegro, il Penseroso Ed il Moderato

Mark Morris’ tour de force, this astonishing work has received great critical acclaim since its premiere in 1988. Expressing the choreographer’s sensitivity to other art forms, the oratorio L’Allegro, il Penseroso ed il Moderato combines Handel’s music with Milton’s poetry and thus becomes an extra London stop for Mostly Mozart Festival-goers.
