Did anybody see this, or has anyone spotted any reviews of it? I was meant to go to it, but couldn't at the last minute and am dying to know what it was like.

Many thanks

Hi Stella, I saw it and it was really very good. Pari Naderi and Darren Ellis were both excellent - it makes such a huge difference to have dancers of that calibre working for you... I am looking forward to seeing the relaunch of his own company at the Merlin Theatre on the 21st September with a new work Sea of Bones

There's a review of the programme on ballet.co:

http://www.ballet.co.uk/magazines/yr_06 ... n_0706.htm

With the Linbury and the Clore Studio, the ROH has made itself into an important venue for contemporary dance in London, but as the author points out the word has not quite got about this new direction. Hat's off to Deborah Bull for transforming the programming at ROH2 and also for John Mallinson and ballet.co for covering the event.
