I'm not precisely clear on the affiliation of Phyllis Lamhut with this Mark Dendy project. Phyllis Lamhut is one of the most skillful, deeply resonant (for me)and mature choregoraphers on the NY scene. Although I haven't heard much about her work being produ ced these days. I know she was teaching choreography at New York University for a while. Anybody have any info? She did a piece at DTW many years ago called "Kleine Kunst" ("LIttle art")which was a masterpiece-in the Hanya HOlm, Mary Wigman tradition.
