Post subject:  Wayne McGregor Exhibition at the Wellcome Collection

From the London EveninG Standard previewing a new exhibition about Wayne McGregor's approach to choreography at the Wellcome Collection:

Evening Standard

I had to smile at the idea that a "discovery" was that dancers find marking is the most effective way of learning - rather than dancing full out. I can only assume the author or scientists have little experience of actually working with dancers (rather than merely watching).

Anyway, here's the link to the Wellcome page with opening hours etc, although it doesn't say much else.

Among the linked events is Wayne McGregor in conversation on Sunday 6 October 3-4pm. As with pretty much all Wellcome Collection exhibitions and events, this is free.

There's also a screening of a creative documentary about Wayne McGregor by Catherine Maximoff on Sunday 20 October 3-4.30pm. This is free but you need to book. Bookings open 11am, Friday 27 September.
