EDge (the LCDS postgraduate performance company) in a programme selected from commissioned works by Helena Franzén (2011 winner of the Swedish Association of Theatre Critics Dance Prize) and James Cousins (2011 winner of the New Adventures Choreographer Award), together with a restaging of Hofesh Shechter’s Splinter, originally commissioned for EDge in 2005, and excerpts from Tim Rushton‘s 2005 work for Danish Dance Theatre Silent Steps, set to JS Bach’s harpsichord concertos. The programme may also include new works from two dancer/choreographers in EDge: Mansoor Ali and Cesilie Kverneland.
