I wanted to point out a few that I find particularly emotional or memorable.
#11 - I'm not wild about the costumes in this version of R&J, but I love the colours in this image. It's also a testament to the talents of these three guys that they are so beautifully positioned, especially Kloborg and Andersen (center and right).
#20 - Morten Eggert has always been one of my favorite dancers because he never gives less than 110% onstage and because he is one the finest actor-dancers still dancing today. I love the way he has his head completely turned so you get a perfect profile. And his position is so crisp that the camera catches it as if was perfectly still.
#23 There's something about her position and the angles formed by the shadows of the corps in the background.
#28 In this image there's such a beautiful mix of extension and relaxation. Kloborg almost looks as if he could stay there forever and there's almost no visible strain. Plus you see can why I always though he got the perfect blend of his parents' dance genes.
#46 The colour here is eye catching - her red cloak against his blue and white. And the other dancers and the background caught in an almost sepia tint so Romeo and Juliet stand out in their vivid colours.
#48 Mads Blangstrup is one my favourite dancers, though his dancing can be hot and cold. Seeing him as James in La Sylphide is tops on my 'must do' lists for ballet. And here you can catch a glimpse of his ability to capture emotion.
#51-52 More of Morten Eggert - the expression here is so gripping, so powerful. After having seen the RDB at their best, it's hard to be satisfied by the limp mime that so many American companies put out.
#72 Now that takes strong abs!
