Post subject:  New Principal Dancer - Nehemiah Kish

Very interesting..not a whisper about this when I was in Copenhagen last month and Kish has never guested with the company. But there's certainly a need for more principal men, and the current soloists are either not likely (for better or worse) or not ready to be promoted.

Nehemiah Kish, one of the National Ballet of Canada's top dancers, is leaving Toronto for the Royal Danish Ballet. Kish, contacted in his hotel room during an NBC engagement in Ottawa, confirmed that he'll be joining the 85-dancer company in Copenhagen in August.
