San Francisco based choreographer Amy Seiwert has been commissioned to create a new work for Louisville Ballet. Set to Mozart's Symphony No. 25 in g minor, the work will have its premiere on Friday and Saturday, February 26 and 27, 2010. Katya Cengel previews the performance in the Louisville Courier-Journal.

Louisville Ballet's "Director's Choice" program is a quadruple bill: Val Caniparoli's "The Seasons," the "Grand Pas Classique from Raymonda," Jorg Mannes' "Marz" and Marco Goecke's "Mopey." "The Seasons" is a co-production with Pacific Northwest Ballet and "Mopey" is a solo that will be performed by PNB dancer James Moore. Larry Muhammad previews the October 22-23 performances in the Louisville Courier-Journal.
