Houston are coming to Sadler's Wells in the first half of next year with 'Cleopatra' and a mixed bill.

That is really quite cool - Lauren Anderson's being on the cover of People. Can anyone give me a real quick "state of ballet in Houston" - growing? shrinking? audiences? I ask because just from this tiiiiny little thing about Ms. Anderson got me thinking about the Perceptions of Ballet thread.<P>So I'm going to take my thoughts there - <A HREF="http://www.criticaldance.com/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000545.html" TARGET=_blank>http://www.criticaldance.com/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000545.html</A>

Priscilla, Houston Ballet has a very devoted following. AD Ben Stevenson has done a very good job of mixing his repertoire to attract a wide range of ballet-goers: contemporary ballets, classics and story ballets.
