In reading our local Salt Lake Tribune paper, I was saddened to see that a friend who had been at the U of U, and Ballet West with me had passed away.

Clark Reid: 1954-2006

Clark had been a wonderful dancer in Ballet West, then went on to join Louisville Ballet where he was a Principal Dancer and Ballet Master.
When he retired from LB, he began teaching.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Jones Reid, and son Paul.
His parents still live in the metro SLC, UT. area.

There will be a memorial service in Louisville in his honor.
Those who wish to remember Clark are invited to make a donation to Ballet West in memory.

It is always to be a shock when someone you have known and danced with passes away. I am saddened by this fact, and hope that some folks on this newsgroup who remember Clark will perhaps email some thoughts to the memorial.
