Atlanta Ballet's only New York appearance, at the Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, seemed like an innocuous way to spend a drizzly Sunday afternoon. But the attractive company, directed by John McFall, possessed a secret weapon apart from its lovely, well-trained dancers: the New York debut of the choreographer Christopher Hampson, long recognized in ballet circles as "the other Christopher."
