Yesterday I went to the Joyce Theater to see «Creation » performed by Ballet Biarritz. It was an enchanting moment. The choreographer Thierry Malandain had the great idea to link the birth of Men and the birth of Dance. In my opinion, he is one of the most inventive choreographer in our time. All dancers also impressed me, they have a wonderful technique and are very sensual.

A sublime ballet with remarkable artists !

I recommend you to go and see this French and Fresh company !

In one section, for example, Malandain re-creates Loie Fuller's late 19th-century work, "Serpentine Dance," using the solo to lure Adam and Eve to that tricky apple (here a large, transparent globe of plastic). ... 01590.html
