Has anyone seen him live on stage--I got a glimpse of him on ,believe it or not ,Sesame Street. He did a "character"role in one televised NYCB production. I'd LOVE to see him in person!

I've seen Jock dance, as have many, I'm sure. He is quite something else. Amazing strength and agility. And he looks very handsome up close as well. From what I understand, he's a cool guy.

Thanks again Azlan.I know hes very handsome-- Hes Navajo/Puerto Rican and was named "One Of The Most Beautiful People"in People Magazine one year. He and Heather Watts have a book of collected recipes called "Our Meals".But I'd love to see him onstage eventually before he retires.<BR> Hes been in NYCB since the 80's so do you think hes close to retiring???

The superman of dance

I asked Soto where he gets this sensitivity from. His parents, he replied.

"My father always treated my mother like a queen, and she in return treated him like a king. They've been married over 40 years and have a strong sense of togetherness, and that's probably what I brought to the stage when I partnered a ballerina. I always wanted to make sure she was OK."
