According to this review, Helgi Tomasson's return to NYCB as a choreographer was triumphant and emotional. Just noticed that SFB will be doing "Prism" here in SF next season! I'm excited!

Helgi Tomasson's Prism as well as other Diamond Project new works presented by New York City Ballet are reviewed this week by Tobi Tobias in New York Magazine. Prism seems to be the best of the whole lot of forgettable new works! Ooh, Kevin, did you think "Prism" was forgettable too?<P>I must say that of all of Helgi's works, I've only liked one or two.

Azlan, I meant based on what I've read, not my view, as after all I haven't seen "Prism" or any other new Diamond Project ballet in New York this season. Azlan<P>Do you like Two Bits? David Palmer and Evelyn Cisneros performed it here in Miami last season and I quite enjoyed it ( I think it was only a section, actually).<P>I REALLY like Val's stuff that I've seen.<P>

Thanks for the clarification, Kevin.<P>Shag, the performance of "Two Bits" that really sizzled here were with Vanessa Zahorian and Guennadi Nedviguine. Yes, I do remember liking it but, for the life of me, I can't remember much about it. Does that mean it was forgettable?
