The Act I fight scene in "Romeo and Juliet" went a bit awry for one dancer, who required stitches in his thigh as a result of a stab with a prop knife. Stacey Wood reports in the Dominion-Post.

Katie Hurst-Saxon and Michael Braun, both of whom were featured in the tV reality series on life in a ballet company, have resigned from Royal New Zealand Ballet to pursue other interests. Kirsty Johnston reports in stuff.co.nz.
