Post subject: French Festival in Hong Kong
PostPosted: Sat Apr 07, 2001 6:00 am
In this year's French Festival in Hong Kong (to be held in May), organised by the Consulate General of France, there are two visiting French dance companies - Lyons Opera Ballet, and the Paris Conservatoire.
The Lyons company's programme will consist of Meryl Tankard's "Bolero", Ohad Naharin's "Black Milk", and Pascal Touzeau's "Final Lecture".
The Conservatoire's programme is - Herve Robbe's "Untitled for 10", Quentin Rouillier's "Dub", Jo Stromgren's "Fievre", and Martha Clarke's "Garden of Villandry".
Are any of these works familiar to anyone? I don't know any myself.
